Job Summary

Comprehensive Community Action is seeking a highly skilled and organized Patient Care Representative to oversee and manage all aspects of front desk operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of patient services, managing appointment bookings, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient patient flow and front desk operations
  • Manage appointment bookings and scheduling
  • Verify patient information and update records
  • Process patient fees and maintain accurate billing records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff
Requirements
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of computer systems and programs
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Confidentiality and Security

The Patient Care Representative will have full access to client medical and computer data, including financial and statistical information. They must maintain confidentiality at all levels of interaction, in accordance with State and Federal laws and CCAP policies and procedures.

Physical Demands and Environment

The Patient Care Representative will work in a general office environment, with moderate physical activity, including walking, standing, and sitting. They will be exposed to blood-borne pathogens, respiratory diseases, and other infectious diseases, and must follow universal standard precautions.
