Home Health Care Registered Nurse Job Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing exceptional medical care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes.


Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic RN to deliver high-quality home health care services to our clients in Providence, Cranston, Warwick, and surrounding areas.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with patient needs
  • Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet
  • Follow up with and execute doctors' orders in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
