Job Summary

A Homely Care LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a per diem basis in Rhode Island. The RN will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional and personalized care to our clients while adhering to Rhode Island state regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments following physician prescriptions.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and reactions to treatments, adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Adhere to all state and federal regulations governing nursing care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
Requirements
  • Valid Rhode Island RN license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
  • BLS certification.
  • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of current healthcare practices and regulations.
  • Flexibility to work per diem hours based on organizational needs.
  • Language Proficiency: Multilingual capabilities, such as proficiency in Spanish and English, are valued.
  • Previous experience working for a home care agency that provides Personal Care Aide services.
