About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI). As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission to prioritize individualized care for patients facing chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dialysis machines, alarms, and treatment supplies to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
  • Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching
  • Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physicians and families
  • Administer and chart all prescribed medications
  • Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
  • Document required patient education efforts
  • Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
  • Assist in medication inventory maintenance
  • Lead a small patient care team
  • Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
Requirements
  • Accredited nursing degree required
  • Dialysis experience not required, job shadow opportunities available
  • DCI provides 3-months of comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one-on-one skills training
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
