Job Summary

At Dialysis Clinic Inc, we are seeking a skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care and support to individuals facing chronic kidney disease. Our mission is to prioritize individualized care and ensure the highest quality outcomes for every patient.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machines and treatment supplies to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform hemodialysis treatments according to facility policies and procedures
• Educate patients on dialysis, assess their needs, and communicate with physicians and families
• Administer and chart prescribed medications, following CDC/CMS infection control regulations
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews

Requirements

• Accredited nursing degree required
• Ability to problem solve and collaborate with care teams
• Excellent communication skills and clinical excellence
