KEY DUTIES

  • Originate a variety of home loan products, including but not limited to Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and FHA loans.
  • Identify and actively pursue new mortgage opportunities that cater to the unique requirements of each customer.
  • Thoroughly analyze and process loan documentation with precision and efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain a network of professional relationships to secure consistent referrals.
  • Provide continuous support to clients, processors, and underwriters throughout the mortgage process.
  • Engage in community initiatives aimed at promoting business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to devise effective sales strategies and achieve set targets.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate's degree in banking, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to understand and apply financial regulations effectively.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Possession of a valid driver's license, Notary public certification, and Federal NMLS registration.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Capacity to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
