Job Opportunity: HVAC Technician

Rose Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking a skilled and service-oriented HVAC Technician to join our team. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and performing maintenance on residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems in the Champaign, Douglas, and Vermilion Counties area.

This position offers a competitive pay of $25 - $30/hour, based on skills, experience, and performance. We also provide our HVAC Technicians with top-notch benefits and perks, including medical health care, 401(k) with 25% company match, paid holidays & vacation, work celebrations, opportunities for advancement, and annual salary increases.

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years experience as an HVAC Service Technician
  • EPA Refrigerant Handling License
  • NATE Core Certification with 2 specialty certifications (preferred but not required)
  • Have own basic hand tools
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
