Collaborate with field leadership to deliver support and coordination within the designated territory, encompassing meeting and conference organization as well as communication development.

Ensure daily coordination and backing for territory initiatives and project activities to meet critical tasks and deadlines. Serve as the relationship manager for selected advisors and staff within the territory, facilitating connections with corporate resources and programming.

If you are not situated near a physical office, remote work may be an option for qualified candidates.

Advisor and Staff Engagement:
Manage the primary relationship with designated advisors to enhance net flows and client acquisition. Follow up with additional advisors based on actions from meetings. Assist advisors in enrolling in Coaching Programs and Forums.

Accountable for nurturing relationships with both new and experienced advisor staff members to enroll them in training opportunities and provide firm resources to ensure their development and growth.

Employ one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many engagement strategies. Document activities in SalesForce. May assist with relationship management as required.

Event Coordination:
Organize territory events (e.g., Town Halls, Workshops, Focus Groups, Forums) and ongoing programs (e.g., advisor recognition).

Negotiate venue contracts, reserve spaces, schedule speakers, manage vendors and participants, and oversee event logistics including registration and attendee tracking, presentations, and other materials necessary for event support.

Seek out various wholesaling organizations to arrange speakers and secure sponsorships. Additionally, coordinate and distribute advisor recognition.

FVP/FRE Collaboration:

Lead the creation and distribution of monthly newsletters for advisors, generate reports for meeting preparation utilizing tools and technology, manage email correspondence, and develop presentations and meeting preparations.

Oversee the coordination of various Advisor Engagement Programs for the territory using diverse systems and tools, including Salesforce, Excel, and CVENT.


Team Collaboration:

Partner with and provide guidance to colleagues in the field coordination team to execute tasks on behalf of the organization.

Provide cross-functional support to ensure an optimal advisor experience as needed or perform other assigned duties.

Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent and 3+ years of relevant experience.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Proficient in standard business hardware and software (including Microsoft Office products).

Ability to cultivate positive relationships with advisors, staff, field leadership team, and colleagues at all organizational levels.

Ability to work independently.

Ability to handle and maintain private and confidential information appropriately.

Willingness to travel 10-20%.

To be eligible for remote work, candidates need to have 1+ years of relevant experience.
