OCM Communications Lead Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned OCM Communications Lead to join our team at eStaffLLC. This hybrid role will require working 2 days a week on-site with our Sacramento-based client.

As an OCM Communications Lead, you will develop and implement organizational change management strategies and communication plans for our GenAI implementation. This role demands a blend of change management expertise, strategic communication skills, and an understanding of AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational change management (OCM) strategies to ensure a smooth GenAI adoption process.
  • Create and execute communication plans to engage stakeholders and drive adoption.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees affected by the GenAI implementation.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of OCM and communication initiatives.
  • Oversee and mentor communication team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide strategic consultation on change management best practices.
  • Engage with client executives to drive adoption and manage resistance.
  • Contribute to business development efforts and proposal creation.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership in change management and AI adoption.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in organizational change management and communications, with at least 5 years focus on technology adoption projects.
  • 3+ years in consulting or senior leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing change management and communication strategies.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
  • Expertise in training development and delivery.
  • Strong executive presentation and communication skills.
  • Relevant change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in AI or machine learning implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with GenAI technologies and their business implications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Multi-domain project experience addressing complex organizational challenges.
  • Proven consulting experience with a focus on client engagement.
