Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct support to individuals facing behavioral challenges, medical needs, or psychiatric conditions.
  • Coordinate and manage services tailored for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Supervise and guide team members to ensure quality support.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred) or a minimum of four years of relevant experience in the developmental disabilities sector.

Experience:

At least two years of hands-on support experience with individuals experiencing behavioral challenges, medical issues, or psychiatric diagnoses, including forensic involvement.

A minimum of one year of experience in service coordination for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Preferred: At least one year of supervisory experience.

Compensation:

Hourly wage ranges from $23 to $25.
