KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop financial plans tailored for individual retirement, business owners, and professionals.
  • Facilitate annual and quarterly administration and investment committee meetings.
  • Provide guidance and address inquiries regarding compliance matters.
  • Assist employees in selecting their 401(k) investments and offer personalized financial advice.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of investment products, including equities, fixed income, cash, and alternative investments.
  • Deliver customer service for assigned accounts, including consultations on product design and administration, plan conversions, employee education programs, performance evaluations, and business retention.
  • Maintain existing client relationships while identifying investment concerns, assessing risk tolerance, and establishing both short and long-term financial goals. Ensure service satisfaction and consult on expectations through an active outreach program. Seek opportunities to expand relationships to family members and beneficiaries through regular contact.
  • Engage in training and educational initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems, with working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Able to manage multiple requests simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Service-oriented, courteous, and respectful.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to follow directions and complete projects independently.
WORKING HOURS:

Standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel required.
