Role Overview: Sales Associates play a crucial role in ensuring outstanding customer service in alignment with company standards, driving sales, merchandising, and protecting company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers by building rapport, instilling confidence, providing accurate information, and promoting products effectively at the point of sale.
  • Establish a professional yet personalized connection with customers, whether in person or via phone.
  • Address all inquiries, offering detailed information and fostering trust to facilitate sales closure.
  • Articulate and promote products based on customer needs while encouraging the purchase of related items.
  • Restock shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise as needed.
  • Advocate for extended warranty/maintenance agreements, as well as parts and accessories purchases.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in retail sales is preferred.
  • Maintain an understanding of products and trends within the industry.
  • Experience in the snow sports industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required for effective communication with colleagues and customers.
  • Must be over 18 years of age.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends is required.
