Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Process new accounts, loans, and other financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and service goals, and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on our products and services, and be able to communicate their benefits and features to members.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- One to three years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
