Work Schedule:
8-Hour Day Shift from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (AHA) and COVID Vaccination Card
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years as a Medical Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a variety of clinical and administrative duties to facilitate effective patient care.
- Support healthcare professionals during outpatient procedures and examinations.
- Deliver patient care in various clinical environments including medical-surgical and pediatric intensive care units.
- Apply anatomical knowledge to assist in medical procedures.
- Oversee patient flow and contribute to maintaining a tidy and organized clinical setting.
- Aid medical personnel in operating rooms during surgical procedures.
- Assist with medical coding and documentation as necessary.
Job Type: Contract
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Work Schedule:
- 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts
- Day shift, Monday to Friday
Educational Background:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant (Required)
Licenses/Certifications:
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Certified Medical Assistant/RMA (Required)
Work Environment:
Mobile/On-the-road.
