Job Summary

The Automotive Warranty Administrator is responsible for communicating with manufacturers, securing replacement parts and repairs for defective merchandise. This role requires strong organizational skills to ensure that all warranty paperwork and documentation are completed and maintained in an orderly fashion.

Responsibilities

  • Booking warranty repair orders
  • Manufacturer warranty claim submission and follow-up
  • Service contract claim submission and follow-up
  • Maintain receivables schedules
  • File paperwork
  • Work closely with a team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors

Qualifications

  • Automotive warranty experience preferred, but will train an outstanding applicant
  • Able to work in a high-pace/high-volume environment
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to work well with others and be part of a team
  • Work proficiently with Microsoft Office
  • General accounting knowledge preferred
