Job Title: Automotive Fleet Support Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Fleet Support Technician to join our team at Aussie Pet Mobile East Memphis. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our mobile grooming vans in top condition, ensuring smooth and reliable service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain our mobile grooming vans in excellent condition to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare spare vans for immediate use, minimizing downtime for our grooming team.
  • Clean and wash vans to maintain a professional appearance and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance and vehicle inspections to identify potential issues early and prevent downtime.
  • Clean and organize the shop area, including sweeping, taking out trash, and putting away tools.
  • Collaborate with the Fleet Coordinator and On-Site Mechanic as needed to ensure efficient operations.
  • Document any issues or problems observed while working on vans and report them to the Fleet Coordinator.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and strong attention to detail are crucial for maintaining our high standards.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks consistently.
  • Valid driver's license and basic computer skills are preferred but not required.
