Salary Range
$60,000 - $85,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to children and adolescents with various medical conditions- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advances in pediatric care
Qualifications
- Current RN license in AR or Compact State- BSN degree or equivalent experience- At least 1 year of experience in pediatrics- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
