Essential Duties
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans to address patients' functional limitations
• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify areas requiring therapeutic intervention
• Apply evidence-based practices to enhance patients' physical and cognitive capabilities
• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Qualifications and Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Minimum two years of experience in occupational therapy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
