Regional Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Business Development Executive to join our team in Oregon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering and expanding business relationships to elevate sales across the region.
Your goal will be to engage with Buyers and Parts Managers via inside and outside sales activity, traveling throughout the territory to visit customers. This is a great career opportunity for a territory salesperson who has familiarity working with, or selling to, distributors and/or manufacturers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of B2B territory sales experience, mechanical aptitude, and a clean driving record. You must reside in Oregon, able to work remote, in the field, and in the greater Portland-area office (hybrid role).
Compensation$45,000 - $85,000 salary depending on experience and desired compensation split. With uncapped commission plan + bonus opportunity, your earning potential can exceed $100,000.
