**Job Summary**

Meridian Brick is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Service Representative to join our team. As a Sales Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing solutions to their needs, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Enter all install orders and handle all warranty calls for install
  • Help enter orders for the location
  • Help with walk-in customers - work on yard as needed
  • Help measure homes as needed
  • Maintain all safety info for the location- Near miss reporting - signing off on AED machines

**Requirements**

  • Sales experience required
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs.
  • Customer issue resolution
  • Excellent written and communication skills both internally and externally (customers and vendor)
  • Excellent computer skills High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Committed to working in a zero harm workplace
  • Able to work overtime hours as needed
