Staff My Agency, a leading State Farm agency in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a highly motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Life and Health license (required)
  • Ability to work office hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Bilingual language skills preferred
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
