Job Title: Banking Center Manager

Security National Bank is seeking a highly skilled Banking Center Manager to lead our Texas banking center team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our Texas market clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of banking center staff to provide personalized service to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security protocols.
  • Manage banking center operations, including cash handling, transactions, and account maintenance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with lending teams, treasury management, and operations groups to create a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of banking center experience with customer contact.
  • Leadership and management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial banking, private banking, and consumer banking.
  • Ability to make sound decisions, research, and solve problems.
  • Effective communication and service skills.
