Transaction Banking Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Transaction Services team in Dallas, as part of our Global Transaction Banking Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team that provides support for our Transaction Banking products, including Deposit Account, Global Payments, Escrow, and DDA/Virtual accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Transaction Services team in Dallas, providing guidance and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, strategic partners, and clients to resolve payment issues and exceptions, and to implement best practices for efficient movement of international payments.
- Work closely with the business and technology teams to develop and implement new products and services, and to enhance our existing offerings.
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of professional experience in Transaction Banking, Payment Processing, or FX Middle Office.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in growing and developing teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage global stakeholders.
- Good understanding of the FX business, including FX Payments, or of International Payment Servicing or Transaction Banking Account Management.
- Experience in delivering process service excellence, with a focus on risk management and client support.
