Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general clerical duties, including typing, duplicating, and data entry

  • Provide technical assistance to patrons, including instruction on the use of library equipment and computer indexes
  • Maintain records of periodical subscriptions and perform related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and one year of general clerical experience
  • Knowledge of telephone techniques, operation of standard office equipment, and basic record-keeping techniques
  • Ability to perform a variety of routine clerical duties, answer phones, and greet the public courteously
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, approximately 19 hours per week, with a salary range of $2,413.29 to $4,139.29 monthly. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced library environment and may be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
