Manufacturing Equipment Specialist

As a key member of our production team, the Manufacturing Equipment Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, with experience in preventive maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely maintain, rebuild, repair, and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
- Modify and adjust production equipment to meet operational requirements.
- Collaborate with the operations team to support continuous improvement and optimization of plant processes.
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
