Key Responsibilities:
- Follow established protocols and procedures for exams
- Recall and accurately report interactions with trainees
- Provide constructive feedback to learners to enhance their clinical skills
- Accurately complete checklists for Communications Skills, History, and Physical
- Participate in mock interviews, counseling, and physical examinations
- Simulate clinical scenarios, including patient appearance, demeanor, and communication style
- Maintain confidentiality and objectivity when interacting with and rating examinees
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a standardized patient, healthcare professional, instructor, or related field (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide constructive feedback
Work Environment:
- Part-time position, 19.60 hours per week
- Varied schedule, including days and evenings
