We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Standardized Patient. As a Standardized Patient, you will play a critical role in the training and assessment of healthcare professionals, including medical students, residents, and nurses.
Responsibilities:- Portray a patient, family member, or healthcare team member in a standardized way
- Follow directions and procedures for the exam
- Provide feedback to learners in a constructive manner
- Accurately complete Communications Skills, History, and Physical checklists
- Participate in mock interviews, counseling, and physical examinations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a standardized patient, healthcare professional, instructor, or related field
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Part-time position with a varied schedule
