Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other team members to ensure a smooth repair process
  • Prepare and present repair estimates, explaining the necessary repairs and services to customers
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage, explaining provisions and exclusions to customers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle records, including service and repair history
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical training to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in the automotive industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Valid Georgia driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
