• Meet regularly with assigned students to discuss their progress and provide guidance and support.
• Manage student incidents and ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
• Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate services and ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
• Conduct regular dormitory inspections to ensure a clean and safe living environment.
• Participate in events and activities that promote professional behavior and model employment skills.
• Complete assignments and tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student services and progress.
• Ensure that student data is accurate and submitted within established time frames.
• Document all procedures and follow established protocols.

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual with a strong commitment to supporting young people. The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three months of related experience and/or training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
