Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, batch records, specifications, and training documents, to support the development and launch of new products.
  • Collaborate with operations, R&D, and quality representatives to ensure all project documentation requirements are met.
  • Participate in process and equipment testing to gain a thorough understanding of the systems being documented.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
  • Ensure operational compliance with US and international regulatory agencies and guidelines, including FDA, EU, HC, TGA, PIC/S, ISO, USP, NRC, and cGMP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in technical writing, documentation, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
  • Demonstrated understanding of GMP/cGMP regulations and industry standards.
  • Proven time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
