We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer Project Manager to lead our team in delivering infrastructure solutions that advance communities through innovation and resilience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, construction management, and program management of various projects within transportation, site development, utilities, water/wastewater, airports, and seaports.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as Engineer of Record and lead an office, leveraging experience in land development, water-waste water, and transportation.
- Perform and direct quality control reviews in accordance with company policy to deliver projects of the highest quality.
- Deliver a quality project on schedule and meet the budget and financial requirements established for the project.
- Assist management where required and participate in business development, including technical write-ups, meetings, and presentations.
- Maintain positive relationships with current and past clients as assigned.
- Perform and direct the preparation of complex project documents, including specifications and bid documents.
- Supervise the scoping, implementation, and design of plans, and develop and negotiate fee proposals on projects.
- Seek out engineering innovations that will differentiate us from the competition and add value to the client.
- Perform and direct external communications, including making telephone calls and preparing correspondence to clients, officials, and contractors.
- Write proposals for future work and contribute to and review proposals.
- Minimum of 10 years post-registration engineering experience preferred.
- Experience in land development and water and sewer utility infrastructure and transportation a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required, and registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.
