Occupational Therapist

At Tender Touch Rehab Services, LLC, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in various settings, including outpatient, rehabilitation centers, long-term care facilities, inpatient units, clinics, nursing homes, and acute care hospitals.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate occupational therapist to provide comprehensive evaluations, create personalized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality patient care. Your expertise and dedication will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough occupational therapy evaluations based on medical orders.
- Document findings accurately and efficiently using standardized evaluation forms.
- Create comprehensive treatment plans, including short- and long-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
- Evaluate and implement treatment plans as needed while adhering to precautions and guidelines.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, applicants must hold a graduate degree from an accredited university in Occupational Therapy (OTR) or a related field. Additionally, a current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state is required, as applicable. We also welcome applications from international candidates who require H1B sponsorship, including those on student visas, H1B transfers, and new H1B filings.
