Position Overview: The Home Care Caregiver plays a vital role in delivering personalized support to individuals in their residences, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Menlo Park, CA area
  • Requirements: Valid CA Driver's License and Auto insurance

Work Commitment: Must be available for a full-time schedule, with no part-time or overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs) to participants, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support participants with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as laundry, light housekeeping, and shopping.
  • Monitor and record participants' vital signs as per instructions.
  • Assist with light meal preparation and ensure participants are adequately nourished and hydrated.
  • Facilitate safe transfers in and out of homes and accompany participants to medical appointments as needed.
  • Support the Rehabilitation department by implementing home exercise programs as outlined in care plans, following appropriate training.
  • Provide translation services when qualified.
