Position Overview:

The Home Care Caregiver will be responsible for delivering compassionate personal care services to participants in their residences, under the supervision of the Home Care Supervisor.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time Availability
  • Location: Pasadena, CA area
  • Requirements: Valid California Driver's License and Auto Insurance

Work Commitment: Must be able to work 40 hours per week. No part-time or overnight shifts available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transferring.
  • Support participants with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including laundry, light housekeeping, and shopping.
  • Monitor and document vital signs as per instructions.
  • Assist with light meal preparation and ensure participants are nourished and hydrated.
  • Facilitate safe transfers in and out of homes and accompany participants to medical appointments as required.
  • Assist the Rehabilitation department by implementing home exercise programs as outlined in care plans, following appropriate training.
  • Provide translation services if qualified.
