· Organizes daily caregiver schedules, responds to calls, and addresses inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.

· Manages client and caregiver concerns during and outside regular business hours.

· Engages consistently with staff and clients to assess service quality.

· Collaborates effectively within the office team.

· Maintains accurate records of caregiver activities in Wellsky/ClearCare.

· Provides timely and courteous responses to all client communications.

· Acts as a liaison between caregivers and the Operations Manager.

· Upholds integrity in all interactions with clients and caregivers.

· Demonstrates professionalism in every communication.

· Exhibits strong multitasking abilities in a busy office environment.

· Capable of problem-solving and making informed decisions swiftly.

· Connects with clients and caregivers in a manner that respects their unique requirements.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Performs general office and clerical tasks as needed.

· Completes other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / AVAILABILITY

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in basic office tasks, computer skills, and organizational methods. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with common medical terminology.
  • Able to work independently while exercising sound judgment.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English as necessary for the role.
  • Must be available for on-call duties outside of standard office hours.

Salary: commensurate with experience

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in healthcare scheduling.
