Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at National Safety Apparel. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks, including document management, training tracking, and phone calls.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and records.
  • Scan, index, and electronically file HR documents, including employee records, benefits information, and compliance documents.
  • Prepare materials for new hire orientations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform receptionist duties, including distributing mail and greeting guests.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1-year of experience in a similar position, with prior manufacturing experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Working Conditions

This is a temporary position working in a temperature-regulated office environment with frequent interaction with individuals and occasional independent work in a personal office.
