Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you'll play a critical role in supporting our HR department with various tasks, including onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding and benefit administration, including gathering required paperwork and attending new hire orientations.
  • Support employee engagement activities, such as organizing events, coordinating logistics, and participating in team meetings.
  • Provide administrative support, including responding to unemployment claims, assisting with phone calls, and maintaining personnel files.
  • Assist with training and development tasks, including reporting and documentation of materials through Excel.
  • Take the initiative to develop a basic understanding of employment law and company operations, policies, programs, and systems.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or higher-level degree in a human resources-related field (or recent graduate).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft functions, as well as data entry and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer orientation.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, build relationships, present ideas, and lead people to meet customer needs and achieve company objectives.
  • High energy with a sense of urgency in responding to organizational needs, and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
