This position offers a competitive base rate with commission paid on sales and monthly bonus if all sales goals are met. Additionally, the company provides unlimited Pure Barre Membership while employed and employee retail discount.

The successful candidate will manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail, as well as maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio. They must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, be solution-based and results-oriented, and have a passion for fitness.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
