Job Summary:

The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Podiatrist to join our team as a Podiatrist - Amarillo VA Healthcare System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing a wide range of surgical and non-surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform office-based procedures and operating room procedures
  • Responsible for surgical patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week
  • See hospital patients daily and be available by phone for emergency consultations
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in the field of podiatry

Requirements:

  • Board qualified or board certified by a Council on Podiatric Medical Education certification board, or other equivalent certification to grant surgical privileges
  • Experience in performing duties as a podiatrist and surgeon
  • Completed an accredited residency, or possess experience to perform general and surgical duties and some specialized functions and procedures, without supervision

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $121,020 - $400,000, annually, plus a 15% incentive of negotiated annual pay for 1 year. Additional incentives may be available.
