Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Mohonk Mountain House. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and managing the front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospitality or customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be required to process transactions accurately, handle cash and credit payments, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
