Aon is looking for a dedicated Billing Operations Specialist to support the Aon Rewards Solutions division. In this role, you will work closely with a collaborative team across various locations to provide vital billing assistance and ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact between consultants and the Client Information System (CIS) to ensure invoice precision
  • Generate software reports for billing needs as required
  • Review, modify, and finalize monthly invoices for project leaders
  • Guarantee timely and comprehensive invoicing for projects
  • Work with the contract team to accurately establish project codes
  • Monitor project completion dates and relay updates to project leaders
  • Address client-specific inquiries regarding purchase orders and payment information
  • Track and follow up on overdue revenue due to unsigned agreements
  • Manage accounts receivable and balances, identifying any discrepancies
  • Engage with project leaders to understand invoicing and project requirements
  • Maintain a flexible approach in providing support to others
  • Prioritize tasks independently
  • Perform additional duties as required based on business needs

Essential Skills:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 3 years in an administrative or operational capacity, ideally within finance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with robust analytical and organizational capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize effectively, and resolve issues
  • Demonstrated work ethic and collaborative skills
