Job Overview

Francis King is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Furniture Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our trade customers, including Interior Designers and Drapery workrooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales strategies to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, from initial contact to delivery of products.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targeted sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the designer furnishings industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Proven sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, product knowledge, and sales strategies.
