Job Overview

HOM Furniture, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product lines, including furniture and accessories.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to meet their goals.
  • Utilize our proven sales method to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-up activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitor activity to provide the most informed and accurate information to clients.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless sales and design processes.
  • Perform light cleaning duties to maintain the appearance of the sales floor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; design degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales or design experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Physical demands include sitting, standing, and light cleaning.
