Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Behavioral Services: Create and implement behavioral services and strategies for our growing program, ensuring safety, structure, and enrichment for the children.
- Provide Training and Support: Provide training to staff, volunteers, and parents on behavioral skills and strategies.
- Assess and Develop Behavioral Plans: Assess the individual needs of each child and develop behavioral plans to support their growth and development.
- Facilitate Groups and Meetings: Facilitate groups with caregivers, siblings, and family members to support their understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process.
- Maintain Compliance and Quality: Maintain compliance with the policies and procedures of the program and actively participate in planning aftercare and discharge services.
- Master's Degree: Master's degree from an accredited institution required.
- BCBA Certification and LBSC License: BCBA certification and LBSC license required.
- Experience in ABA Services: 1 year of experience providing ABA services.
- Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Reliable and Responsible Attitude: A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach to working with children and families.
