Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Intensive Behavioral Health Services

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Holcomb Behavioral Health. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of formal behavior management plans, conducting functional behavioral assessments, and providing behavioral consultation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior support plans based on applied behavior analysis and verbal behavior strategies
  • Analyze data to determine the function of problem behaviors and design an appropriate data collection system
  • Train staff members on the implementation of behavior support plans and monitor progress
  • Conduct treatment fidelity assessments and make recommendations for improvement
  • Review behavior data and meet with staff to discuss discrepancies and implement changes

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • BCBA certification
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges
