Behavioral Health Specialist - BCBA

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will develop, implement, and supervise behavioral services and strategies for our growing program. You will work closely with our experienced team of professionals to provide Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) in the home, community, and school environments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavioral plans to ensure safety, structure, and enrichment for children
  • Provide training to staff, volunteers, and parents on behavioral strategies and techniques
  • Assess individual needs and develop behavioral plans to support children's growth and development
  • Provide on-site behavioral interventions and model behavioral skills for staff
  • Facilitate groups with caregivers, siblings, and family members to support behavioral health
  • Develop materials to support behavior training and maintain compliance with program policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Master's degree from an accredited institution
  • BCBA certification and LBS required
  • 1 year of experience providing ABA services
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach
