Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global People team. As a trusted partner to senior management teams and hiring managers, you will provide advice and collaboration to support the creation, launch, and execution of all talent acquisition projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including discussions on workforce planning, role profiles, and external agency partnerships.
  • Support the creation, launch, and execution of all recruitment initiatives in partnership with the wider People team.
  • Partner across People teams to support recruitment processes and develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Evaluate applicants, interview, and negotiate offers while managing the interview process to ensure a positive and timely experience for candidates.
  • Active sourcing and proactively reaching out to passive candidates.
  • Influence and support managers on talent and employment-related matters.
  • Be the point of contact for People matters and responsible for the full employment lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within SaaS, Tech, and/or Insurance industries.
  • In-house recruitment experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple regions/time zones.
  • Strong relationships building skills and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders/cross-functional teams.
  • Superior attention to detail, organization, and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong ability to work with other HR counterparts and be a key member of the Global People team.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and ability to influence stakeholders under a dynamic environment.
  • Conversant in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Project).
