Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Central Florida. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, growing our account base, and driving revenue growth in the property mitigation and restoration industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Lead a team of Business Development Managers to develop and implement programs within the sales vertical focus of our business
  • Collaborate with Operations leadership to ensure offices are delivering on promises and commitments made to clients
  • Utilize goal setting and review meetings, KPI management, ride along, role play, and other proven methods to manage the team
Requirements
  • Personnel management and coaching experience
  • Sales experience with demonstrated negotiation and marketing skills
  • General knowledge of the Insurance industry/claims
  • Restoration industry experience a plus
  • Obtains necessary industry trade certifications
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 100% of the time
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
  • Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents
  • Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone
  • Occasionally may need to ascend and descend a ladder to perform re-inspections
  • Occasionally will lift up to 25lbs
  • Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
