Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll for all employees on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy in earnings, deductions, and benefits.
  • Payroll Data Entry: Enter payroll data such as hours worked, overtime, bonuses, and commissions into the payroll system.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax withholdings, wage laws, and garnishments.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other deductions.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including timekeeping, deductions, and employee profiles.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in payroll processing or a related role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Paylocity) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Solid understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations.
Compensation and Benefits:
