Technical Project Manager Position


RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive the delivery of complex projects.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of high-priority projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, develop project charters, and establish project governance.
  • Lead project teams in planning, execution, and closure, providing guidance on project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Ensure effective communication and change management across teams, stakeholders, and sponsors.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and project schedules.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, monitoring project performance, and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:



  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in IT project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on delivering business value.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, Docker & Container Management, and AWS Services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • PMP or Agile certification.
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and AWS Services.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and Unix operating systems.
